Why do I need a watch winder?

Will the watch winder or watch roll fit my wrist size?

- Our watch rolls are designed with super soft cushions to adjust to the wrist size.
Are all the watch winders battery operated?
The only model that can operate on battery or plug in power is theEVO Single Watch Winder. All ourWatch Windersarrive with a universal plug.

Are Rapport watch winders silent?
Our 125 years of expertise means we've had plenty of time to perfect our designs. We've done all we can to ensure that the watch winders are virtually silent.
How do I care for my Rapport watch box?
The watch boxes are delicately crafted, so we recommend keeping them in cool, dry areas. To clean, dry with a soft jewellery cloth.
How do I adjust the settings to fit my watch?
Our watch winders all feature a unique LCD touchscreen control panel, which will allow you to select and personalise each individual watch cup.
What materials are the watch rolls designed in?
All our watch rolls are designed in different leathers sourced from Italy. We offer smooth, grained, crocodile-effect, snakeskin-effect and linear leather.
Will the watch cushion fit my wrist?
Our watch boxes have an adjustable suede sleeve that can be removed to make the cushion smaller to accommodate for smaller wrists. These cushions are ultra soft for protection.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

How long will it take to get my orders?
Orders placed before 2pm will be shipped the same day. Orders within the UK take between 1-3 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 3-7 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Who takes care of customs?
We do not accept responsibility of customs duties incurred.

How do I return an item I no longer want?
Should you not be satisfied with your product, we offer a 30 day return period.

Rapport offers a 2-year guarantee on their products.
Are discounted/special offer items refundable?
Discounted items may be returned for a refund of the amount paid, not the standard price; however, products marked as samples or stock oddments at special prices are non-refundable.
