GUARANTEE AND ONLINE RETURNS
It is important to us that our products give every satisfaction to its fortunate owner. Our customer service team are dedicated to providing excellent after sales care. We are sure that you will be delighted with your Rapport product yet, we offer a full 24 months guarantee.
If you are not happy with the goods, for whatever reason, you are able to return the order, under the Distance Selling Regulations, up to 28 days after receipt of goods. Rapport must be notified by either email at email@example.com or by calling us at +44 (0) 2920 373737 and the goods must be returned unused with the original packaging. Please return with proof of purchase within 30 days and we will provide a full refund but you must return the unwanted item to us at your cost. Refunds will only be credited to your original method of payment providing that the item is returned in the original package and the same condition it was supplied. We reserve the right to deduct from the refund requested the cost of the shipping we incurred.
Faulty goods are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty - if you find fault with the goods you must advise us within 3 days of receipt of goods and returned the goods to the manufacturer’s address below.
RETURNING GOODS BOUGHT AS SPECIAL OFFERS
If you return an item bought as part of a discount offer, you will be refunded the discounted price given in that offer. From time to time we sell items which are samples or stock oddments at very advantageous prices. In such instances, these items are non refundable.
