Rapport offers express and fully trackable delivery worldwide to over 150 countries. All international shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship from both the United Kingdom and the United States to ensure faster delivery times.

All our products are beautifully presented in signature Rapport presentation boxes along with branded dust bags. Gift wrapping can be added at checkout for an additional cost. We then safely pack all your purchased items in a secure dispatch box, ready for delivery.

Delivery times depend on your selected shipping option and destination country. You will receive tracking information via email once your order is dispatched, and you can monitor your delivery progress through DHL's tracking system. You'll also receive updates from DHL when your order is on its way.

Unlike some retailers, Rapport orders are not shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), so additional charges may apply for international deliveries.

International customers shopping from outside the UK may be eligible for VAT exemption, which will be calculated at checkout where applicable.
