General Shipping Policy

Rapport offers express and fully trackable delivery worldwide. Delivery costs and estimated delivery time will be calculated and displayed upon checkout. All deliveries are delivered using DHL express shipping.

All our products are delivered in presentation boxes along with branded dust bags. Gift wrapping can we added at checkout at an additional cost.

We ship all our orders from United Kingdom or United States.

 

UK Orders:
Enjoy complimentary express shipping on all UK orders. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to reach you. All UK orders will require a signature upon delivery. At an additional cost, UK orders can be delivered Next Working Day if ordered before 11:30am.

 

US Orders:
Orders placed in the US will require a signature upon delivery. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to arrive. A small shipping cost will be added at checkout.

Orders over £385 ship for free.

 

European and Worldwide Orders:
Orders placed within Europe or Worldwide will all require a signature upon delivery. Please allow up to 3-10 business days for your order to arrive. Shipping cost is calculated at check out and will depend on the product size and area.

 

Customs or handling charges that may be levied in any destination country are beyond our control and we are unable to accept any responsibility for these.
